Choose coverage for the session

For a cycling class or exercises where fabric can brush against equipment, close-fitting bottoms keep the fabric near your leg. If you like more leg coverage, compare the flare and hem length of matching trouser sets and choose a cut that clears your shoes. For floor work, check whether the neckline, straps and back feel secure as you reach or lie down.

A fitted gym romper gives you a one-piece outfit with shorts. Check torso length and move through a deep squat or overhead reach before deciding if the fit works for you.

Check fabric and fit before relying on them

Ask about the fabric composition and whether a piece is lined, especially if you plan to wear it in humid conditions. If you can try it on, check coverage in daylight, test the waistband while bending and notice whether the seams rub where you sweat or move most. Compare the product photographs for construction and ask the team about any fabric performance you need.

Pack for the change in temperature

For a cool studio and a hot trip home, bring a light layer you can remove. A spare top or socks can make a long trip after a workout more comfortable. If you pack damp clothes in your gym bag, take them out when you get home and follow the garment care instructions.
